Cracked front bumper accent

Cleaning my car today I've noticed that there is a small crack in the black trim above the front indicator. It looks like the trim panel is popped out, but I cant pop it back in. It having popped out seems to have cause it to flex or crack. See pictures below... Any advice on how to fix this, or if this can be replaced under warranty?

Crack is in the center of the image, shows as a thin white line.

And in the second image you can see the black trim is not flush with the body panel like it is on the other side.

I've not hit anything with the bumper and there is no other damage

Any help would be appreciated

for my understanding is this an aftermarket part, which could be bought in here: Black Front LED Light Surround: Hyundai UK Approved

I'm almost sure, that wont affect any warranty from the side of Hyundai. If you bought it like it was, than you could be lucky in telling your selling company this fact and wait for their reply.
