Hopefully they‘re Gender neutral when he / she / it is not okay because you didn‘t define a sex for your car
Each to their own, i find naming cars wierd.

I'd call my bike Lucy sometimes
but more because her full name was Lucy Phere I don't have the car yet, but it already stuck with it - Enka, which in Polish is just what you'd call the letter N

Think ill name mine Maximus Decimus Meridius. I’ll try to program it so every time I open the door it will shout out “are you not entertained”
I started this thread about 9 months ago and never put mine down, but I do reference her in numerous other threads - she's my 'Lady N Red'.
So can you imagine how hard it was to find this thread for moving the posts above?

I've heard Uriah Heep's Lady N Black & Chris De Burgh's Lady N Red, but definitely not my music style.
I don’t know if this is i30Ns only but I thought the people who name and sex their car are far and few between. And I thought I was one of the only oddballs who do. But my VN is named Stacy and she is a female. Couldn’t really give you an explanation for why I named her that. Other than The first time I drove it that was the first name that came to mind after some N time and it’s stuck ever since

I had the same experience ... driving along and named her Stacey ... slightly different spelling
Just interested - is it an acronym? If not, how did you come up with it / what is the significance?
I just call it ‘My Car’ to differentiate from her car.
