Vibrations in the steering wheel?

Hello guys, unfortunately I have the problem that I feel vibrations in the steering wheel at 100-120 km/h. My i30N has the Eibach lowering springs installed. The vibration on the summer wheels is stronger than on the winter wheels, but you can also notice it clearly on the winter wheels. I balanced the wheels several times and that can't be the problem. I also notice that you feel it more strongly if you have accelerated a little harder before. If I take my foot off the accelerator at 120 km/h, I notice this imbalance and the vibration in the steering wheel. Does anyone have any idea what that could be?

New problem or been happening for a while? You know the usual suspects - road(s), not balanced (correctly), bad or damaged wheel or tire, wheels not mounted correctly, suspension modifications not done correctly or loose parts (improperly torqued). Based on your "clue" about acceleration influences loose parts might move to the top of the list. Is issue "totally gone" at other speeds or just not as pronounced?
