Tuning TCR HPFP for I30N

Yes, you just have to allow the fuel system to depressurize.

The procedure is straight forward and doesn’t require any special tooling.
With the i30N pump it a little bit different.

The VN fuel line is connected by a clip fitting and I believe the i30N is screwed on and utilizes an additional HP tube.

I don’t have access to your shop manual but @Jajodu had access to one I believe. Just follow the shop manual instructions.

Easiest way is to let it sit for a night and let it bleed back. It’s around 2400 psi after the car is shut off.

I can only tell you for the VN which may or may not be applicable for the i30N.

With the VN the feed line from the tank has to be bleed off. I don’t have the procedure in front of me or access to the google drive on my cell phone but it’s as a simple as changing the fuel filter.👍
