I thought this was maybe a freak thing but recent information has surfaced on Facebook of at least 11 people who've had 1-3 oil squirters fall out into their oil pan. One even had warranty denied because they said his aftermarket exhaust caused vibration.
This is a incredibly shit move by Hyundai not acknowledging this but then again they didn't acknowledge the Theta II issues either.
So the problem appears to be some (no way to know if all unless someone can find the part number and order one) of the oil jets are simply placed into the jet housing instead of soldered as you can see in the picture attached.
I've had confirmation from owners on this happening on year s from 2018 to 2021 models. Haven't had any confirmation of newer than that yet.
Trying to gather more information for a possible class action.
