Hi guys,
I would like to ask if it's fine to have a small difference in the tire pressure. Like 0,1 bar. For example front left 2,6 bar and front right 2,7 bar. Is it ok, or should I be worried about faster tire wear. Thank you
Best to keep them near the same from from side to side when cold. Tyres will heat up at different temps due to corning and believe it or not which side the sun is on. As long as there isn't a large variation in pressure over 40 psi or 2.8 bar you're fine.
2.6 and 2.7 bar sound fine and shouldn't cause wear issues. If you have a pressure gauge you can easily take the 2.7 bar side down to 2.6 bar. There are cheap pen style units out there that are accurate enough.
I got obsessive about this once.
Make them even when cold then just monitor.
They heat up at different rates as stated, and you could be chasing for matching pressures for ever.
