I hate unanswered threads, so...

Assuming you have Poverty Pack cloth / fabric seats like me, the few car enthusiasts I know use the gtechnic or CarPro Cquartz. Seems to do the job (very hydrophobic) but the CarPro stuff seems a little grippy / tacky even after it's cured. And very expensive.

I really don't like spraying stuff on my seats, more a seat cover sorta guy. But given there is not a company in the world that makes proper fitted seat covers for the Ns still I have just resorted to a towel under the kid's booster seat in the back and cheap generic "throw-overs" on the fronts. Otherwise, the threats of extreme violence and blunt force trauma toward anyone covered in grime or attempting to smuggle food or drink into my car has kept the interior pretty mint.

I have the leather and alcantara seats, luckily enough 2 of my have grown up and barley get a ride in daddies car the youngest is 14 so he also understands, i just want to keep the seats looking as good as i can for as long as possible. I ised the gtechinik on the wives seats of her i10 as they were staining real bad. Just wasnt sure what to use because of the alcantara, may have to try the chemical guys stuff looks good from what i see on YouTube but then it all does.šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

I too have the alcantara and leather seats. The best product I have found is actually done by Gtechniq. I use the Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric AB for mine. I've found it works a treat for these seats. It doesn't make the alcantara hard, or "crispy" if you're weird like me, like I have seen by other companies and products. I would highly recommend getting your N LifeShine'd by AutoGlym. They do an excellent job of both exterior and interior protection šŸ‘

Likewise, use Scotch Guard on the cloth it will keep it from staining. :)
