Tuning i30N Tuning Parts List - Thread / Discussion

I want to see how people get on with ^that one^ and the lightened single mass flywheel before deciding. I’m thinking twin disc with maybe just a partially lightened dual mass flywheel. It’s been awhile since I researched these components, like almost 5 years, but pretty sure not much has changed.

Boomba is releasing an excellent lower engine mount (aka rear motor mount or roll rod bracket) very soon. See how much the engine moves here:

How it’s made:

Even if you can only afford PowerFlex (or Torque Solution) bushings, get something. SXTH makes a good one too, but I really like this design best.
I am almost certain the upper engine mounts get more stress due to this mod. Would like to see a video of those too :p

EDIT: IT HAS A FOCKEN TÜV MATERIAL CERTIFICATE

Unfortunately that's no garanty to get that part registered.
I very much doubt it, TUV in Germany will say "yeah sure have fun with it".

Yes, you are right - it might happen.
If you are looking more close what is written to the description of product, you will notice that additional comment: "This product has been TUV MATERIALGUTACHTEN certified (TUV certify for material). "
But Maxton has whole kit available for our cars and also less agressive front splitter:

I just made order for rear roof spoiler extension today ;)

Maxton's prices seem quite reasonable too? Or am I just used to everything costing so much here in Oz?
