I had a 428 Grand Coupe. What attracted me to it was the hatchback and ability to have massive cargo storage, with a 4-seat sedan. The 4 GC has it. The Audi 5-series Sportback has it. BMWs other ugly GT cars have it. Without this feature, I don't consider the 2-series GC to be a "GC". It's a bait-and-switch IMO. Nothing about it is "grand coupe"-ish. The styling grows a little in the lower performance version....but only a little, it's still a major ugly-face. I was considering it a for a 2nd car a bit before getting the N-line I'm getting, that is until I learned it doesn't actually have a hatch.
