I just confirmed it today. They only have the option for closing the windows with the remote on my 2021 Fastback.

I have a 2019 i30 Fastback N-Line and I’m only able to close the windows with the keyfob. Went to the official Hyundai dealer and they check and they say opening the windows is no feature. They checked it and told me that they only saw the close feature.
Is that even possible that only of the 2 options are available?

If you read the whole thread you will see that once upon a time it was possible, but no longer.
Mate your talking about a N-Line not an i30N which is a different car thru ECU function, power train and suspension.
You might try a different forum dedicated to either the Elantra/GT or an i30 specifically.
Sorry but you can't, I've got a launch X431V+ and there's no option for that function.

Here a Hyundai owner, not a N-car but instead an Ioniq hev 2016 (latest revision, purchased jan 2018, HEV techno).
I landed here after googling around a lot for the GDS-VCI II window remote close. This post was the most complete one I found out there, so I feel here is best place to document that this particular option (remote window) is clearly not universally available in Hyundai GDS as it strongly depends on the model and year of the car (surely not available on my car version).
The technician showed me in his tablet that only the first three options available from the screenshot in the first post (thus no remote window with my D-remote). He made a guess that may be only those cars with the 4 windows with "auto" button may have this option available as mine has only 2 "auto" windows (just guessing, but he had his reasons). On the other hand, I've seen other Ioniq 5 users reporing that the menu is available back in the car's menu freely/openly so that any user could enable it himself at home.
So you are lucky N-users if you have this option set!
