Be prepared to drill the bumper. Think about it before you act and make sure this is what you really want to do. 
We'll need to see the backer to locate the proper holes for mounting. Alternatively you can use 3M double sided tape, so keep this in mind as well.

There isnt any flat surface to stick the tape, Im fine with drilling holes i just dont wanna crack the bumber.Be prepared to drill the bumper. Think about it before you act and make sure this is what you really want to do.

You won't, just use some masking tape where you plan to drill the mounting points. Doing so keeps the drill bit from sliding or chipping the paint.
