Hello, I'm going to buy an i30N from 2022 and I'm wondering if there is information about the gearbox temperature somewhere in the control panel? Or somewhere else? If there is not, when you know that the gearbox is heated enough to press the accelerator pedal a little sharper

Hi, I am not an expert, but I guess you can rely on engine oil temperature which is shown in multiple places(hud behind steering wheel, infotainment, etc). In the N custom settings screen you can actually show the exact engine oil temperature number(like 90 degrees Celsius for example). RPM gauge also has orange/red line indicators, telling you where to stop "abusing" the accelerator while the car is still cold. In conclusion, my assumption is: as soon as the engine is good to go, gearbox is also good to go. At least that's how I do it, when engine oil reaches 85-90 degrees, I'm flying N mode.

I'm just wondering because my brother has a seat cupra and it shows him the temperature of the coolant, engine oil and the temperature of the oil in the gearbox and when the engine oil is 90 degrees Celsius, the oil in the gearbox is 50 degrees Celsius and I wonder how this is solved in the i30N

I have added a gearbox temp sensor to my PFL i30N Manual, cause it does not have one from factory. With the DCT I am not sure.

I can tell you that the behavior of the gearbox oil temp is similar to your brother's car.
The gearbox oil in the i30N also is not up to temperature when the oil just barely reached 90C.
However, usually that should not have a big impact, as its a different viscosity oil, which works well enough in lower temperatures (but for example cannot cope with high temperatures at all.)

So let's assume that if it's about 24 degrees Celsius outside and the engine oil warms up to around 95 degrees Celsius, drive for 10-15 minutes and the oil in the gearbox will be hot enough to be able to accelerate more aggressively?

yep should be fine.
keep in mind that the gearbox oil won't experience any sudden loads such as the engine oil.
