Fitting front bumper question

Hi guys,

I have option to buy a car from my colleague. He bought that car from guy who take car from the salon.
Im looking around that car and im interested in that fitting of front bumper, is that ok?
And the front of that bumper near to grill is not so hard, bends over my hand.
