Custom Mode not wanting to engage every now and then? Any idea why?

Evening,

Now and then when I turn my car on and try and select "custom mode" using the N "flag" button on the steering wheel. It doesn't work.
It will go into N mode but just wont go the next stage into Custom Mode.

This can normally be sorted by turning the engine off and back on but not always. Can also be sorted sometimes by going though all the other modes and back to costume. but again not always.

Does anyone know why this would be?

Its not just when i have just started the car too, can happen on a journey.
My custom mode is full N mode but with the suspension on Normal. (its all bumpy lanes around where I live).

So yeh, any thoughts?

Sounds like you've an issue. I vaguely remember someone had something similar but can't quite pinpoint it.

I’d agree. Odd SW issue, I’d definitely take it to the dealer. Never had this myself.
And I’m definitely calling it costume mode from now on

Sounds like a switch issue. Stuff happens, it's Hyundai's issue let them sort it out.
