Ok, I measured the distance of my current daily route. Thought I was doing between 15-18 miles. Found out it's, 22+. Thanks be, I can still do it!!

Genitals went numb for the first time ever, on a 25 mile ride. Felt like I got shot, with a syringe of novacaine. It was totally weird and a little scary as well. I'm not going to repeat it either. Prostatitis, not for me. I seriously hope, any of you who ride, never experience it.
Fixed it with this;
Does an exceptional job of, letting the jewels hang loose with no pressure. It's amazing when you get the right seat and how long you can actually stay in the saddle.

Changed seat again but it made all the difference;

It's almost a custom made seat, as good as I'm going to get. It was one step up from the ISM. I get off the bike and I'm ready for another 20+ miles. With the padded shorts, there is no pain at all. It's a great seat!

Best max speed to date on a mountain bike and I had to make the turn to go up hill. Running the rest of the straight, I might have managed 45 mph. I'll skip the up the next time and see what happens. Did 22.7 miles total today. The total average mph over the 22.7 miles was 13.6 mph. Man, was I tired at the end.

21 miles Monday and 25 miles Wednesday. Looking for around 75 by weeks end or not. The seat truly makes all the difference. I can ride without concern or challenge. Made a small rearward and upward adjustment and it's just right. It's the best seat I've every used. No pain, no numbness no problems!! .
We, 83 year old friend and I did 30+ miles on trails and road last Thursday. Sandy arroyos, draws and foot wide snaking trails at 6500 ft and higher. Where no one has tread.
Tarantulas, brightly colored lizards and horned toad crawling, cicadas buzzing and a faithful little golden haired friend named Sandy Rose, waiting patiently for my return with a paw, a wagging little tail and a lick. A truly beautiful day and one I can't think I've had before. Thank you Father!

Riding 25-30 miles now @ every outing with 15-16 mph average. Feels good to be able to enjoy the outdoors in this way. Fall is upon us and the temps are just right for cycling.

I'm glad I only have to ride 2x4kms every day.
On the road with the N - this would be 2x 7km a day with an average of nearly 15km/h.
So my N can better relax than rolling around and getting overtaken by pedestrians ^^

Spring is sprung and it's getting HOT. 0630 in the rainforest the other morning was almost too warm!

Good move man, keeping both your heart and your N's heart from getting clogged up. Those short trips are woeful for the GDI engine as you'd well know.I'm glad I only have to ride 2x4kms every day.

Ahhhh, the joys of living in Northern Australia this time of year. Getting mighty sticky here too...
I took a couple of Live photos but no video. If you have a new iphone you might be able to hear the sound and see the movements. The time it took me to walk from the kitchen to the back patio it was raining then snowing, which wasn't more than 2 minutes.
It did this for hours back and forth and a bit of Thunder in the process. It's kind of the typical weather we experience @ 6K elevation. It was raining and snowing hard enough to obscure the mountains in 45+ degree weather.
Fast as it comes, it goes. We live near the top of the Mesa @ 6200 ft elevation and the Mountains on the other side of the valley @ over 10.6K+ ft elevation.

Yes, it really is and this is where we'll pass on. Our children will combine all our ashes (wife, me, and our little companions), take us to the top and let us go to the wind.
Can't think of a better joining and departing of this earth. Word that comes to mind is "Majestic" and a much greater appreciation and thankfulness of what God has created and given us.
