Exhaust valve

Hello guys!

I have noticed that my exhaust valve after the cold start lowers the RPM the valve does not open immediately, remains closed and only opens after a while. In a normal situation it would open as soon as the RPM decrease to 1000k.
Is it a issue or does it have to do with low temperatures? I'm from Portugal and here it's been 11 degrees more or less...

Mine rattles on the exhaust valve, nut only in "not N" modes, dealer says it's normal.
But i've checked everywhere and it's not normal,its the spring that's getting weak.
Does anyone have a way to find the spring in Europe?

Stiff clutch spring for servomotors from Küster.

With this coupling it is possible to prevent unsightly noises from the exhaust flaps. Due to the higher stiffness compared to the standard spring, the flap is closed with a higher force, which can lead to the avoidance of noises.

The clutch spring is replaced 1: 1 by the original.

check for VWAG tuning pages if you can get the spring there. If I recall correctly the spring is the same as Hyundai utilizes the same valve control motor unit as VW uses in their cars as well.

For what its worth, I couldn't find the spring in the UK when I looked a few weeks back.

Best bet is the link above from Germany (if they ship to the UK) as only other place was in Australia and I think it was a slightly different spring, and stupid money.
